Hey, it’s about 100 degrees outside. You’re cutting grass, swimming, and shooting off fireworks. It all makes me think of… CHRISTMAS!!! Okay, maybe not. But don’t you miss the gifts and the decorations and the fun of the holidays? Well, AFM at Graceworks wants to re-kindle that spirit with Christmas in July.
Every time someone buys any unit of food and GIVES it away to someone else, we are going to hang an angel on our July Christmas tree. So, we are challenging you to find someone you would like to bless this July. Surely a friend, a family member, or a neighbor would love to see you deliver a box of food. What a blessing!
Did someone mow your lawn? Did someone fix your A/C? Did someone drop you off at the airport? Why not buy them a box of food?! Or a fruit and veggie box? Or maybe you know someone who has wanted to try AFM, but never got around to it. Bless them with a box of food. Who’s going to say “no” to a box of food? Or a box of steaks? Please!
If you plan to give a unit of food to someone this month, please just write the word “Christmas” in the Comments section of your order. If you order in person or by telephone, just tell us “Christmas in July” and we’ll mark it down. We will hang an angel on our July Christmas tree in honor of your gift. Then, on Distribution Day, join us for our Christmas in July celebreation. You’ll think St. Nick is riding in at any moment, get out of the heat, and see our wonderful July Christmas tree.
